This policy covers Aurevo Cyprus’s business website and enquiries sent to us. Data processing carried out for clients during projects is governed separately by agreements and instructions.
Enquiry information
The form contains your name, business name, email, optional phone number, service selection and message. We use these to understand and answer your enquiry and discuss the proposal you requested. Please do not send sensitive data, passwords or unnecessary information about other people.
Security and technical records
Hosting systems may generate access and error logs. The form software uses a hash derived from the IP address and request timestamps to limit automated or abusive submissions. The rate-limit record does not contain form content. Mailbox access is limited to authorised people.
Sharing and communication choices
Authorised AUREVO staff and hosting or email providers may access enquiry data where needed to perform their role. Lawful requests from competent authorities may also require disclosure. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list without separate permission.
Retention approach
For closed enquiries that do not lead to a contract, deletion or anonymisation is reviewed 12 months after the last communication. Ongoing discussions, contracts, disputes or legal retention duties may require relevant records to be kept for the necessary period. This review includes mailbox records; automatic deletion is not claimed. Technical-log and backup periods will be set during server configuration.
External services and changes
External links are governed by the destination service’s policies. AUREVO page code contains no remotely loaded advertising, analytics, maps or social embeds. The restricted ChatGPT review environment has its own platform session and security processing. This policy will be updated when infrastructure or data use changes.
