Multilingual websites and CRM for real estate enquiry management

An agency’s digital workflow does not end when a listing is published. Property information must remain current in every language, enquiries must reach the right adviser and follow-up must continue after a conversation. For multilingual real estate businesses in North Cyprus, the website and CRM should be planned together.

Create one verified property record

Assign each property a unique reference. Keep price, currency, location, features, availability and last-check date together. Confirm publication authority and image-use permission. Do not multiply unverified legal-status or investment-return claims through translation; arrange appropriate specialist review separately.

Link translations to the same property

Drawing Turkish, English and Russian listings from a common record can reduce inconsistency. Updating only the original language after a price change is not enough. Language controls should open the same property, and withdrawn listings should be updated appropriately across every version.

Assign an owner and next action to each enquiry

Use clear stages such as new enquiry, contacted, needs confirmed, viewing scheduled and closed. Source, property reference, budget range, preferred language and follow-up date may be sufficient initial fields. Avoid requesting unnecessary identity or financial documents at first contact. Restrict staff access according to their responsibilities.

Connect reporting to customer decisions

Alongside total messages, track people reached, viewings scheduled, meetings completed and business concluded. Match repeat enquiries from the same person instead of counting each as a separate customer. Automated acknowledgements can handle the first greeting; material information and offers should remain under adviser supervision.
